How to activate the phone services on Citadel Team?

Citadel phone services are only available from your mobile application.
Pour activer l’option de téléphonie il faut faire une demande via l’application. To activate the phone option you must make a request through the application. 
To do so: 

  • Click on the "Calls" icon at the bottom right of your screen
  • Click on "Learn more"
  • Click on "Make a request"

If your company is under contract with us, your fleet manager will receive and process the request. Otherwise a 30-day test period is available. Our teams remain available to answer all your questions. 
Requests are usually processed within 24 hours, but it may take longer. Do not worry about it!
