It may happen that the messages in one of your end-to-end encrypted conversations are not readable. There are several reasons for this.
In order to better guide you, we need to know if you have done recently any of the following:
I recently changed my password
I installed the application on a new device
I use the application on a web browser
None of the above
I uninstalled and then reinstalled my application on this device
How to get encryption keys from another member of the room
I logged out of my application on this device
