Enable the two-step verification

Citadel Team allows you to add an extra layer of security to your account access by enabling two-step authentication via email and/or SMS.

To enable two-step verification:

• From the computer :

  • Click on the avatar

  • Then on "Security and Privacy" > "Two-step verification".

• From the mobile app :

  • Go to your settings and select the "Two-step verification" section.
    

Once in the section, validate if you want to enable the two-step verification by SMS or email.
