Citadel Team is a secure instant messaging solution, developed and operated by THALES SA. Our security commitment involves:

  • All flows are secured through a TLS1.2 AES256 tunnel
  • The whole service is hosted in THALES’ secure datacenters in France
  • End-to-end encryption of your conversations, on activation of the option in your rooms or chats
  • All the hosted data is encrypted
  • End-to-end encryption of your phone calls and audio conferences

Also, Citadel Team is in the process of receiving a primary qualification (“Qualification Élémentaire”) from ANSSI (the French network and information security agency)
